Our goal for PMCC is to develop and cultivate a lifetime membership for a country club facility with a reputation of being one of the premier facilities in America, at an affordable price for every member.
If you could become a member and play courses such as or similar to Augusta, Wing Foot, Baltusrol, Oakmont, Medinah #3 or Cypress Point, would you? To be a member of exclusive clubs, you first have to be invited. Once you have an invitation, you would then have to pay a membership fee of $20,000 and up and your annual dues would run from $10,000 to $250,000 per year.
Obviously, most of us would enjoy being a member but the cost forces us to say “no thanks”! BUT…. if you could play a course a limited amount of times per year and they would reduce the cost to say a $5,000 membership and $300 per round, would you join? What about playing a course like Augusta, would you pay $5,000 one time fee to play three times a year at a cost of $500 per round plus you can come back every year? Would you join? What if this course was so exclusive that not even the President of the United States of America could play the course? But you could!
Well that day is here and this is how it works.
Our company would like to offer you the right to play any of our 8 championship courses located in different areas of the country. Each of these locations will include a 36-hole complex that will rival the most exclusive country clubs in the nation.
In addition, you become one of the exclusive members that will be allowed to play these top quality courses and you may play at these complexes each year for the rest of your life. The membership can be passed to one of your heirs and the right to play each year continues for their lifetime. The cost of this is only a $4,995.00 one-time membership fee and an initial non-refundable payment of $127.50 (equal to the annual maintenance fee). (Please see OUR DEAL PAGE). Sound too good to be true?
Several of our members thought so too! Here are some of the most popular questions they asked and our answers to those questions.
1. Why is it so reasonable?
We are establishing these courses just like many country clubs were established in the 1920’s through the 1960’s. We are selling the memberships now but will not require the funds until we start construction or acquire courses for reconstruction. Unlike most of the modern day clubs, which are built and then memberships are sold to make exorbitant profits. We are going to build courses using funds from our members, thus reducing the costs to everyone and making it affordable for every golfer to belong to an exclusive, championship quality golf club. Although, most exclusive clubs have only one championship course, you will be a member of a club that has at least eight.
2. When will the courses be available to be played?
Because we are just offering our membership, the expected time is between 1-2 years after we receive a sufficient number of memberships to begin the construction process. (Please see OUR DEAL PAGE).
3. How many times do I get to play each year?
You will get to play 3-18 hole rounds on any of the championship courses.
4. Why are we restricted to playing only 3 rounds a year and will we ever be granted more rounds?
We wish to keep the quality of the course pristine to give each golfer an experience he or she would not expect anywhere else for less than $100,000.00 per year. We also want to make sure everyone has a chance to play and unfortunately, we are unable to control the weather. However, if additional times are available we will notify our members and additional reservations will be accepted, first come first serve with cart fee only.
5. Can I buy more than one membership?
Yes, you could buy one for each member of your family or several memberships for your company to use for clients. Also, if you have a regular foursome we encourage each to buy a membership and then you would have a golf trip each year for a lot less than other golf outings.
6. How much does it cost?
You will pay an initial non-refundable payment of $127.50 (equal to the annual maintenance fee); this secures your membership. You will sign a contract that states, as we request the funds, you will need to forward amounts to us for a total of $4,995.00 for your membership, with the annual maintenance fee of $127.50, thereafter.
7. Will the annual maintenance fee increase?
Yes. The annual fee helps to pay maintenance and other costs, but it should remain a nominal charge. It is not designed to make a profit, only to maintain the high quality of the courses. Increases will be determined by the members.
8. Can I sell the membership?
No, the membership is the owners exclusively and is not negotiable or assignable. However, you can let other people use your membership by taking your playing times each year. Remember, you can pass this membership on to one of your heirs at no additional cost and they can have the right to play for their lifetime as well.
9. Can I go to each complex or am I restricted to only one location?
You may rotate between all four, between 2 complexes, or stay at one. You are only subject to times and reservations and those are on a first come first serve basis. (Please see OUR SCHEDULE PAGE).
10. Is this a good deal?
Well, if you go on any golf trips now, most resort courses charge from $150-$350 per round. Therefore, if you pay $150 per round for 3 rounds you would spend $450 on golf. What makes this a great deal is the 3 rounds only cost you the $127.50 your annual membership fee. $450-$127.50=322.50 savings and as resort prices increase each year the savings over your nominal membership cost repays the $4,995.00 membership. (Please see OUR DEAL PAGE).
So you end up playing courses that rival (Cypress Point, Medinah #3, Wing Foot, and Pebble Beach) for less per year than for one round on these courses, if you were allowed to play. The cost is also a lot less than the current price charges on your basic resort course, plus you get to do it for 2 lifetimes.
OUR DEAL
***Our overall goal is 100,000 members***
For the first 25,000 members to sign on at our $127.50 initial non-refundable payment, you would have priority tee-time rights for our first two golf facilities. Our first 25,000 members are also eligible for the remaining golf facilities to be built at a later date, when we reach our overall goal of 100,000 members!!!
Once our 25,000 member quota is reached, we would then proceed with the building process for the golf courses. If any of our first 25,000 members sign on an additional member, then you would receive either the choice of priority tee-times for the remaining golf facilities or $1,000 off your one-time, lifetime membership fee of $4,995.
